I Love Drawing at Weddings!

I love drawing at weddings! A wedding is the most important celebration of a couple's commitment to each other. The guests are having a great time and have fun getting their caricatures drawn. Here are some of my drawings from this past weekend.

Greenville,SC Wedding Couple

Here is a fun caricature for a couple from Greenville,SC. In the background is the Liberty Bridge in Falls Park. I drew the lines in ink and rendered in water color.

Katie and Grey's Wedding

I entertained Katie and Grey's guests on their wedding day on April 19th 2014 with my caricatures! The wedding was held at Winding Creek Farm & Wedding Barn in Hamptonville, NC. Megan Drake of The Elegant Event was the coordinator.

Caricatures for your Wedding Entertainment!

Recently I attended the 33rd annual St. Andrew Woman's Club Bridal Showcase held in Columbia,SC. I talk to brides about my caricature entertainment for their weddings. Everyone say "What a great idea, I would never have thought of hiring a caricature artist for my wedding! Couples at the showcase enjoy being drawn and here are a few of my caricatures. So far I am scheduled to draw at 15 weddings this year!

Live Engagement Caricature

Recently I went to Greenville,South Carolina to draw a live "Will you marry me?" engagement caricature. He contacted me a few weeks before the proposal. The location he picked was Falls Park. The weather was a little cold but everything went well. She said yes. =)

I was drawing caricatures at the Grove Park Inn Hotel & Spa and this couple sat down. They just got engaged and wanted to get a caricature to capture their celebration.
